Unicorn VS. Goblins

"Take it up with my unicorn lawyer."

Review:

(Thank you Netgalley for a copy!)

Phoebe and her Unicorn continues to be an enjoyable, fun read. It's been mentioned various times that this book is a spiritual, modern successor to Calvin and Hobbes and it really is the best way to describe it. Phoebe and Marigold continue to have lighthearted tales that can amuse children and adults alike as we see more magical creatures in this book including Marigold's sister Florence Unfortunate Nostrils, a lake monster who resides in a summer camp lake, and as the title suggests Goblins! But sadly no fights or any challenge with Unicorns. There's also new additions to Phoebe's human friends as well as more time with previous one including her frenemy Dakota and her now magical hair.

Recommendation:

A must have for any children's library and encouraged to be read by anyone regardless of age or sex.
